1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
You will receive an order confirmation email followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.


2. Shipping Timeframes

HomeIQTech partners with global and UK-based suppliers to offer high-quality smart-home and tech products.
Delivery times vary by product:

  • UK Standard Delivery: 5–12 business days
  • UK Express Delivery (where available): 3–7 business days
  • EU Delivery: 7–14 business days

Some items may arrive in separate parcels depending on the supplier.


3. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on product weight, supplier location, and destination.

We regularly offer free shipping promotions.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link.
Tracking may take 48–72 hours to update depending on the courier.


5. Delayed or Lost Orders

6. Incorrect Address Information

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate.
HomeIQTech is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you made a mistake, email us within 2 hours of placing your order.


7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For UK customers, duties are uncommon but may occur depending on the supplier.

Any customs charges (where applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
