📦 Orders & Shipping
1. How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on each product and supplier:
- UK Standard Delivery: 5–12 business days
- UK Express Delivery (where available): 3–7 business days
- EU Delivery: 7–14 business days
- Some items may arrive separately.
2. Do you offer tracking?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email.
Tracking may take 48–72 hours to update.
3. Why did I only receive part of my order?
To ensure fast delivery, some products ship from different warehouses.
If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate parcels.
You will receive tracking for each parcel.
4. Where do you ship from?
We work with high-quality suppliers located in the:

- EU
- Asia

6. Do you accept returns?
We do not accept change-of-mind returns.
We only accept returns for:
- damaged items
- defective/faulty items
- incorrect or missing items
This policy helps us keep prices affordable while offering fast support.
7. What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the damage/fault

You can choose a replacement or refund.
No physical return is usually required.
8. Do I need to send the item back?
In most cases, no return is needed.
We resolve most issues using photos or videos.
If a return is needed for inspection, we will provide a return address after approval.
9. Do your products have a warranty?
Yes. Most products include a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty covering defects.
Accidental or water damage is not covered.

10. Do I need an account to place an order?
No — you can checkout as a guest.
But creating an account lets you:
- track orders more easily
- save your details for faster checkout
- view order history
11. Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel or change your order only before it is shipped.

Once an item has been dispatched, we cannot cancel or modify it.

13. Are your smart plugs UK-standard?
Yes — all “Smart Plugs” and power-related products listed for UK customers are UK 3-pin compliant unless stated otherwise.
14. Do your items come with instructions?
Yes. Most products include printed instructions or digital manuals.
If anything is missing, we can provide you with a digital copy.
