At HomeIQTech, we want you to feel confident shopping with us.
If there is ever an issue with your order, we’re here to help.


1. No Change-of-Mind Returns

Because many of our products are sourced and fulfilled via specialist third-party suppliers, we do not accept returns for change of mind or unwanted items.

Please check product descriptions carefully before placing an order.


2. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

We will offer a replacement OR a refund if your item arrives:

  • damaged
  • defective/faulty
  • not as described
  • missing parts
  • the wrong item

To process this, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at

We will ask for photo or video evidence so we can resolve the issue quickly.


3. No Physical Return Required

In most cases, items do not need to be physically returned to us or to the supplier.

We rely on photo/video evidence to confirm the issue.
This allows us to resolve your request faster and avoid unnecessary shipping delays.

If a physical return is ever needed for inspection:
➡️ A return address will be provided once the return is approved.

We do not publicly display our return address for security and logistics reasons.


4. Refunds

Once your issue is approved, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Refunds typically take 3–7 business days, depending on your bank.

Refunds will only be given for:

  • defective/damaged products
  • incorrect orders
  • orders lost in transit
  • confirmed non-delivery

5. Replacements

If you choose a replacement instead of a refund:

  • A new item will be shipped at no additional cost
  • Tracking details will be provided once dispatched
  • Replacements are subject to product availability

6. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an item is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:

  1. Check your bank account
  2. Contact your bank or card provider
